“The trip we booked was for 1pm. Said to be there 1/2 hour early. We got there and we're told bus would not arrive till 130. We did not even leave the mtg place till 2pm or so. We had figured by what site said that we would be back by 430 or so. We did not get back till after 6pm. Glad we did not make other plans too. The airboat tour was good. No real complaints there. Just the Miami tours companies lack of time management is the real issue.”
